Shipping address accuracy 

Please triple check your address where you would like for us to ship your product(s) as our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders.

For our customers who live in apartments, condos or in buildings with secured/restricted access, please ensure to also include any buzzer codes or concierge details on your order.

We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the online order confirmation.

Canada Post shipping to locations in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Orders outside the local Toronto area are shipped via Canada Post with varying shipping options (based on the shipping address provided), and different priority/regular shipping rates (as selected by you) when completing your order in the cart on our website.

Canada Post shipping exceptions 

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship our products to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, addresses outside of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or international addresses. 

Contactless delivery cut-off times within the local Toronto area

Contactless deliveries are presently made as far north as Finch, as far south as Union, as far west as Kipling, and as far east as Kennedy.

All orders must be received by Thursdays at 12:00 p.m. EST/EDT to receive delivery the same week. Any orders placed after Thursdays at 12:00 p.m. will be delivered the following week.

At this time, contactless deliveries are made only on Fridays and Saturdays.
